name chosen for this website which has been set up on behalf of an active
hobbyist.
Model railways ( like
their original prototypes ) is such an enormous subject that it is
impossible to know the whole subject completely. It is not the intention
of this website to provide 'in depth' information on model railways. If
this is your requirement then follow the links from our links page to
visit some 'official' sites. The purpose of this website is to point
interested parties to a wealth of model railway information through our
links page. Also, along the way, we would like to use this opportunity to

Charles has for many
years enjoyed the pleasure involved with model railways and radio
controlled boats. Like many of us Charles is a collector, particularly of
early Hornby. It is in the search for these items that he sometimes
acquires whole collections, when those items not required are completely
renovated and sold at reasonable prices to other little boys of his age
group.
